Bigger plans hold more devices, and that's the only difference. A Starter server has the same modules as the largest one.

How payment works.
Your first payment
It covers one month of the plan, paid by card through PayFast. Add the Fleet app to the order and its one-off price is included.
After that
PayFast charges the plan price to the card you first paid with, month by month. The card details stay with PayFast, and we never see the number.
Currency
The prices here are in US dollars, but your card is charged in rand. PayFast does the conversion when each payment is taken.
Cancelling
Cancel whenever you like. Billing stops, and the server stays on for the rest of the paid month.
Refunds
The first payment is refundable for 30 days. Cancel in that time and we pay it back in full. Payments after that are final.
Delivery
There's nothing to ship. We email you the login details as soon as your server is up, normally within a day.

Questions about plans and payment
What does the monthly price cover?
Your server and its hosting, backups, software updates and the SSL certificate for your address, with all modules switched on. The only optional extra is the Fleet app, which you pay for once.
Which currency will I be charged in?
Rand. Our prices are set in US dollars, and PayFast converts them when you pay. Later months use the exchange rate on the day they're charged.
Can I get my money back if the move doesn't work out?
Yes. Cancel within 30 days of paying and we'll refund the first payment in full. After that, payments are final, and a cancelled server stays up until its paid month ends.
Do bigger plans come with more features?
No. Starter has the API, the billing module and all the other modules, just like the 2,000-device plan. You're only paying for the number of devices.
